Privacy Policy

babfo.org website  ·  Last updated 23 July 2026

This policy covers the babfo.org website. Our Prayer Network mobile app has its own separate privacy policy, provided within the app and on its Google Play listing.

We've kept this short and plain. In brief: babfo.org is a simple ministry website. We don't sell your data, show ads, or track you for advertising, and we collect very little.

1. Who we are

This website is run by BABFO — Be A Blessing For Others, a Christian ministry founded by FP Lalthathanga. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, you can reach us at support@babfo.org.

2. Information you give us

If you choose to email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you decide to share (such as your name, email address, phone number and your message). We use this only to reply to you and to help with your request — nothing else.

3. Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting service automatically records basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site secure, running, and to understand general usage. It is not used to personally identify you.

Our site may also use a small number of essential cookies (for example, from WordPress or our caching system) needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Third-party services

  • Google Fonts. Our pages display the Roboto font, which is served by Google. This means your browser contacts Google's servers and shares your IP address with them. You can read Google's privacy policy for details.
  • Web hosting. Our website is hosted by a third-party provider that processes the technical data described above on our behalf.
  • External links. We link out to Google Play, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. When you follow those links you leave our site, and that service's own privacy policy applies.

5. How we use information

We use the little information we have only to: reply to your messages; keep the website secure and working properly; and understand general, non-identifying usage of the site. We never sell, rent, or trade your information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep emails and messages only as long as needed to correspond with you and to keep a reasonable record. Automatic technical logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider and then discarded.

7. Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your choices and rights

You may contact us at support@babfo.org at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under data-protection laws such as the GDPR or India's data-protection rules; we're happy to honour them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our website changes. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

10. Contact us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please email support@babfo.org. We'd be glad to help.
