Terms of Service

Prayer Network is offered entirely free of charge as a ministry service — no subscriptions, no advertisements, no paywalls. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Prayer Network app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users worldwide.

2. About the App

Prayer Network is a free Christian prayer and devotional application developed and operated by BABFO Ministry (Be A Blessing For Others), founded by FP Lalthathanga, based in Arunachal Pradesh, India. The App is offered entirely free of charge as a ministry service — no subscriptions, no advertisements, no paywalls.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the App — including posting prayer requests, comments, and circle content — you agree NOT to:

  • Post content that is hateful, abusive, threatening, or harassing toward any person or group
  • Share false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Post content that promotes violence, illegal activity, or explicit material
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Spam, advertise, or solicit other users for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the App or its servers
  • Use the App for any purpose contrary to its ministry mission

BABFO Ministry reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these standards, without prior notice.

6. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of your own content.
  • You grant BABFO Ministry a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your public content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.
  • Your private journal entries are visible only to you and are never shared or accessed by BABFO.
  • Public prayer requests and comments are visible to other registered users of the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it before using the App.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The App, its design, code, branding, and all original content created by BABFO Ministry are the intellectual property of BABFO Ministry.
  • You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sell any part of the App without explicit written permission.
  • Bible texts displayed in the App are sourced from third-party Bible APIs and remain under their respective copyright holders' terms.

9. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • BABFO Ministry does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the App.
  • Prayer Network is a spiritual tool — it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or counseling advice.
  • BABFO Ministry is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of user-generated content posted by other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BABFO Ministry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Firebase (Google), Bible Brain API, and YouTube. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. BABFO Ministry is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). BABFO Ministry may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Arunachal Pradesh, India.
